Hey there team remember me i graduated on 25th may 2007 i thought all of you guys vvere amazing. I know i have already writen but i miss you all so much. Can not wait to get the cd of all our pictures and i was wondering if you could send me a copy of the music you had been playing all week. Just want to say thanks again for the best week of my life and will always keep in touch.

i would also like to say how all of my friends have noticed a diference in me since i got back and i have already started to talk to people in my school that i hardly ever spoke to before.
I have also started eating the food from the school canteen but it still isn't as good as the food the chefs prepared for us when we were there.
Had the time of my life and i know the rest have too.
Lisanne, gavin,Hannah, Emma and sarai are acting alot more confident now but i havn't seen the ones from st stephens yet to tell a difference. will hopefully met up by the end of the week.

I went to Columba on th 11th to the 16th of May 2008.
it was a blast and i made hundreds of new friends.
The staff i met were Stevie, Guy, Roxy(bad cat joke), Laura Gordon, Bill and John. it was the best experience i have ever had. Food was amazing. Thanks guys and can not wait to see you again.

Starting From Next Us Columba Graduates Are Doing A Primary School Project "Going For Gold" To Try And Get Pupils Interested In Exercise And Keeping A Good Healthy Body. We Will Be Going Round In Various Groups On Our Own To Every Signed Up Primary School In Aberdeen Making Them Aware And Taking Part In Activities. We Are Using Our Skills Over The Next Couple Of Months And Also Will Be Taking Part In Other Projects All The Way Up To The End Of 6th Year. Thanks Crew! xxxxxxxx

hiya everyone at columba, Iona here (Fraserburgh Academy)We are all really excited as Anne is coming tomorrow !!! Can't wait. So far we have trained the S2 peer supporters, done a week of assemblies, trained the TEACHERS on an inservice day and are looking forward to training the new S1 peer suporters and afterschool workshops with the teachers. I still can't stop thinking about Columba! It has been nearly 6 months but I use all of the skills you guys taught me everyday!! I just want to say a great big thanks to you all (again!) so thankyou to Ann, Willie, Laura, Guy, Elaine and Stevie and alos Tiegan (Bendougus) for everything. Hi everyone up at Columba. I was sitting at work today & suddenly the thought of Columba came back to me so I thought I would come on & sign the guestbook for old times sake - was actually checkin out the website we made when we got back too. It's been around 2 years since we came up from Castlemilk High/St Margaret Mary's and I still use my leadership skills every day. I think going to the academy helped me realise a lot things about myself & others. It showed em that I have good potential & qualities that I should use everyday & it also helped me gain more confidence. I also spent time around people I wouldn't have normally socialised at school with and it showed me how nice people from different backgrounds can be even although they may not be similar to you and although i'm not at school anymore I still loving using my Columba knowledge & cherish all of my memorie from up there with you guys. I'm now working in a Business Development team with Glasgow City Council as part of Economic & Social Initiatives and I love it. I've been here for over a year and I find working life very good..! Thanks again for everything guys, still missin the lot of you & dying to come up to Skye again - I miss the view..! x

Hi all at Coluba 1400, It's been a long time. i first to the centre with GEDC back in 2002, and took part in the big per launch with princess Anne in E-house. How time flies I have since went on to complete a HND in both Sports & holistic theapy and I've now moved to England where I have just set up my own Holistic therapy service. I learnt lot from the sessions that I went Both the 1st part and the 'old Gemini Programme'I hope that All new particpant get as much out of the project as I have. I would love to give something back to te projec as I wotk in stress management, It would be great to give new participant a workshop on managing negative effects of stress. It would be great to hear back from the gang. i have some photos of the Students from Colubia Uni, and the boss sing the Broccoli song!!(was it called the broccoli song ??

First of all....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! I turned 15 on the 11th of January and everyone from Columba went on a night out to celebrate!! Even though i tumbled down the stairs on the way in, i still managed to have a great time, even if i was a bit dazed for the first 1/2 an hour!!!!!! Training the S2 peer supporters tomorrow with the rest of the Ninja Sheep Brochers, so i am really looking forward to it!

You made the week just amazing !! I learned so much! Everything I learned and all the great memories will stay with me forever! It was a once in a life time experience that i was honoured to take part in! Can't wait to see any of you guys again !

hey guys its been nearly a month since the guys and i were with with you, but to me it feels like it was years ago but not to worry they say time flys when your having fun lol, well my house is finally decorated and the carpets are now laid so i hape to mov in next weekend, i am now ols just turned 22 lol, i am trying to keep positive since i came back, like the nite i got back my bro thought i was on holiday lol trying to tell him that i wasn't he just didn't understand and he stated to shout cause thats what he does whe he doesnt understand anything so instead of shoutin back at him i wrote in my columba journal lol, anyways we all of us that were at columba are meeting up on wednesday for lunch to catch up and to discuss about a presentation about columba to a big group of people which will be easier for us to do know because u helped me over come that fear a little of speaking out to strangers and the public, i will keep u guys informed as much as i can and i thank yous so much for such a grate experience that i will never for get.
