Leadership Academies for Senior Leaders
Recognising the crucial role key adults have on shaping the environments where young people can thrive, we have designed Leadership Academies that are specifically for key adults in senior leadership roles, to create the conditions for change through exploring values-based leadership.
Some of our partners include: Tayside Collaborative; Scottish Leaders Forum; Police Scotland; Public Health Scotland; NHS Scotland; Scottish Fire and Rescue Service; Ambulance Service; Local Authorities; Social Work; the Voluntary Sector; Scottish Refugee Council.
What Sets Our Leadership Academies Apart: Our work alongside senior leadership teams fosters a values-based leadership approach that transcends organisational cultures, inspiring the courage needed to make a meaningful difference. This highly personal approach shifts leadership from organisational to collaborative and systemic, creating space to address complex, previously intractable issues.
How We Design and Deliver: Our Senior Leadership Academy is a bespoke, highly engaging and deeply personal leadership experience underpinned by our founding principles.
- We learn from your team during individual interviews to shape the content around what matters most to you.
- We co-design an academy that meets the needs of your team and organisation.
- We are alongside you throughout, shaping each stage to your specific organisational needs.
- We create the conditions for change which allows Teams to build trust, relationships and hope.
This typically takes place over three distinct phases:
Phase One: Introduction to Columba 1400
Phase Two: Residential Element at our community and international Leadership Centre in Staffin on the Isle of Skye or at Blair Castle and Estate in North Ayrshire, over two nights/three days.
Phase Three: Follow Up – Individual follow up calls and a follow up day.
