Our Transitions Leadership Academies aim to help Primary 6 and 7 children in what can often be a challenging transition to Senior School. We aim to build capacity and resilience in, and around the main social and societal influences that surround young people namely family, school and the wider community. Our work is designed to build the young person’s capacity to move through this critical time with confidence, awareness and developing a growth mindset.
